Morgan was the young lady that helped us and she was amazing. I do not have enough good words to say about her. Best Buy you have a jewel that needs to be promoted. Because of her help we bought a computer, washer, dryer, and a dishwasher. If not for her we’d just bought a computer. I would also like to add Taylor to the list of very helpful people. He has amazing people skills and was helpful for what we needed. Quite the professional.

I live in Atlanta and was on a business trip in Asheville. I ended up impulse buying a huge tv I saw listed on their website. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and helpful every single employee in the store was. Everyone from associate, to manager, to even the security guard working made SURE that I had a positive experience picking up my tv. I have been to plenty of Best Buy locations but this one genuinely seems to be a cut above the rest. I love my new tv! & i’m so thankful to the team at this Asheville location.

Kudos to Best Buy! I had a great experience purchasing a new printer. The employee who helped me was friendly, polite, and very helpful. He found the printer I wanted in the back since none were available on the sales floor. He also checked me out quickly and efficiently, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. On top of that, the store was clean, and even the restrooms were well maintained. Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience overall!

the dimensions and size’s of your tv’s and stands are listed wrong on your website (by 12” mind you) and all you can offer is an exchange or no solution at all. i’ve spent so much money at best buy and they chose to deny me a replacement stand for a common sense solution to their mistake. bye 👋

Just want to say thanks to Morgan (Best Buy - Asheville, next to the mall) and give her a huge shoutout (Woop woooop) for the amazing customer service she gave me when I went in to buy a MacBook with like zero prior knowledge about Apple products. Morgan was patient with me and answered my MANY questions that were probably repetitive.. and she was extremely easy to talk to and very relatable. She offered tons of information about products other than Apple, and didn’t try to oversale me on something I didn’t really need (the pro is for pros… I’m just a basic Canva girly). Morgan, I appreciate your assistance!! If anyone deserves a raise, it’s you, girl! Asheville area, Morgan’s the girl to talk to for all your tech needs! Best Buy always has kind, respectful, and helpful employees which is why I always go back!! By the way, get the MacBook Air. Amazing machine!
